Candidate Profile:
• Experience in dealer/distributor management, direct sales, and business development.
• Strong exposure to Metal Working Fluids; Industrial Lubricants knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting, profitability, and sales planning.
• Strong communication skills and good knowledge of the Bangalore / Karnataka market.
• 8–15 years of experience required.
• B.E. Mechanical / Production preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
