About the Role:
Are you a driven sales leader with deep experience in cardiovascular medical devices? We’re looking for an Area Business Manager (ABM) to take charge of our business operations in the Chandigarh or Chhattisgarh region. You’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge healthcare technology, building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth in a high-impact industry.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Sales Leadership
???? Customer Communication & Reporting
Maintain consistent engagement with customers Provide actionable updates to the Regional Business Manager (RBM)???? Relationship Management
Cultivate strong ties with customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and key stakeholders Ensure top-tier service and customer retention???? Revenue Flow & Collections
Oversee timely revenue inflow and collection processes???? Distributor & Hospital Coordination
Coordinate with distributors and hospitals for smooth stock flow, invoicing, and logistics???? Sales Reporting
Deliver market insights, sales reports, and forecasts to the RBM regularly
Your Profile:
✅ Graduate in Science (English-medium education)
✅ 6–7 years of relevant industry experience in:
Drug Eluting Stents (DES), Bare Metal Stents (BMS), PTCA Balloon Catheters, Guiding & Diagnostic Catheters, Microcatheters, Transcatheter Heart Valves, Peripheral Vascular Devices, Vascular Accessories
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✅ Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
✅ Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and a strong team player
