Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager within our Power Tools division to grow our presence in South Australia (including Darwin). You’ll lead sales, manage relationships, and deliver profitability in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll have a Tool-of-Trade vehicle, local autonomy, and high expectations. This is a full-time, permanent home office-based opportunity.

This role will commence in January 2026

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement a territory plan to achieve sales and profit goals and grow market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and end usersHunt new business opportunities and promote product launches to increase brand awarenessGather market trends and competitor insights to inform strategyProvide reliable sales forecasts; identify gaps and take action to bridge themRepresent Bosch at trade shows, new store openings, and customer events

Qualifications

We are looking for an innovative thinker who works well in a team environment, is results focused and displays a high level of attention to detail.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

Proven sales experience with excellent negotiation and presentation skillsStrong working knowledge of CRM tools and web-based reporting (Tableau or similar)Proficiency with MS Office and MS TeamsSharp business acumen, strong market and product knowledgeAbility to plan, prioritise, work independently, and travel regularly within state and occasionally interstateStrong stakeholder engagement experienceValid driver’s licence

Desirable:
Experience in power tools, hardware, or within the construction industry
