Activities Sales & Market DevelopmentDeliver annual sales volume, margin, and collection targets using DMS+ methodology.Expand distributor footprint and strengthen relationships with key accounts.Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordinglyMarketing & Operational SupportImplement marketing plans and promotional campaigns with distributors.Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and their customers.Ensure accurate SALSA reporting and customer data updates.Compliance & GovernanceAdhere to HSEQ policies and company values, including Anti-corruption and Antitrust compliance.Ensure all activities align with Code of Ethics and operational standards.Financial ManagementControl overdue accounts and maintain credit exposure within targets.Support debt recovery and ensure timely payment collection.
