What You'll Be Doing

Lead and support operational performance across multiple sites in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.Oversee production activities, maintenance programs, and heavy equipment management to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.Champion safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and logistics.Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.Build and sustain a culture of accountability, engagement, and development.

What Are We Looking For

Bilingual communication skills (English/French) to support operations across provinces.Demonstrated leadership in operations or industrial environments.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.Ability to lead change and drive performance in a dynamic setting.Familiarity with regional regulations and industry best practices.

Work Environment

Travel within Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec locations required.Combination of office and field-based work.Fast-paced, safety-focused, and team-oriented culture.
