Major Accountabilities
Lead Marketing planning and marketing execution for all Established Markets and GEMs across all products in the Sx portfolio for their respective geographic areas .Deploy pre-existing IMG marketing programs and toolkits by acting as Go-to person and by providing dedicated support for their respective geographic area to ensure speed & accountabilityProvide “voice of their respective region” at the IMGLocal presence to ensure customer centricity at a regional level, e.g., to avoid loss of KOL connections and to maintain sensitivity to local/regional cultural needsDrive alignment on launch execution as the SPOC & leader of launch readinessLead NPL Forecast input coordination for markets under his/her responsibility.Support regional external events (but not lead or coordinate)Key Performance Indicators
Obtaining annual sales, market share, and budget targets for respective product line in dedicated marketsCompleteness & timely readiness of all marketing materials, plans, programs & toolkitsCountry satisfaction scoresJob Requirement
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Marketing ; Desirable: MBA
Languages: Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
Experience & Competencies:
8+ years of broad experience in progressive marketing management positions in highly competitive global Ophthalmology medical devices industryCustomer facing/sales or commercial experience preferredProven expertise in global or regional environment, product strategy, brand marketing, and portfolio managementTrack-record of successful multi-countries new product launches.Capability to work in a complex global framework, including strong stakeholder experience and ability to lead cross functional teams in a fast paced and high demand environmentExperience in deploying digital marketing innovations in medical device industry and associated sales uptakeMust have demonstrated strong long-term strategic thinking and planning for business success.
