Job Description

Lead a high-performing technical sales and service team while driving customer success in water treatment solutions. As Area Manager, you'll spearhead business growth, develop top talent, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes through strategic leadership and technical expertise.

Core Responsibilities:

Drive team excellence in technical water treatment solutions and customer serviceAchieve and exceed revenue targets, profitability goals, and key business metricsImplement strategic account management through value generation plans and business reviewsDevelop and execute growth strategies to capture new business opportunitiesBuild and mentor high-performing teams through targeted development plansFoster strong relationships across internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications5+ years of water treatment industry experience with proven leadership track recordBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Demonstrated commercial acumen and track record of business growthExcellence in communication, leadership, and relationship buildingDeep industry knowledge across HPI, CPI, Power, F&B, and C&I sectorsStrong mentorship abilities and results-driven mindsetExceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
