How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Lead with Purpose: Oversee personnel management and staff development, ensuring your team has the tools to provide top-tier support.
+ Champion Quality: Monitor program operations to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
+ Drive Excellence: Manage budgets, coordinate licensing, and spearhead activities that lead to agency growth and improved services.
+ Be a Representative: Serve as the face of Mosaic in your community, building vital relationships with staff, families, and partner organizations.
SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
+ Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field.
+ Experience: At least three years in a related field with proven supervisory experience.
