Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership:Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Customer Communication & Reporting:Monitor customer interactions and provide regular updates and insights to the Regional Business Manager (RBM). Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and stakeholders; ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Revenue Flow & Collection:Ensure timely and accurate flow of revenue and oversee collection processes within the designated territory. Distributor & Hospital Coordination:Liaise with distributors and hospitals to manage invoicing, stock levels, and logistics for smooth operations. Sales Reporting:Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to the RBM, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
