Area Manager – Simplified Forward Fulfillment , VXX2
Amazon Fulfillment Services is expanding its network of Simplified Forward Fulfillment (SFF) nodes and is seeking an individual to help manage field operations as well as support regional and network-wide initiatives. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly employees and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key part in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.

Simplified Forward Fulfillment (SFF), part of the Vendor Flex network, is a rapidly growing organization that specializes in reducing cost and complexity within Amazon's supply chain. Our business, operations, and support teams are united by a common purpose: to advance the capabilities of Amazon, pioneer new spaces, and develop our people. Come join our community and build the future with us! Four key areas that you will always focus on are the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of a single Simplified Forward Fulfillment node. The smaller site headcount and volume at a single node enables this role to dedicate time and focus to support regional or network-wide initiatives.

The position will be co-located in a Sort Center and based out of VXO6.
