Description 私たちは数億という膨大な商品を取り扱っており、多くのサプライヤーから入荷したアイテムはフルフィルメントセンターという物流拠点に集約され、各地のデリバリーステーション（DS）を経てお客様先に届けられます。エリアマネージャーには、膨大な数の商品を効率的かつスムーズにお届けするための出荷計画や配送ルートの立案・管理などをお任せします。 現在、私たちは物流網を拡大すべくDSの全国展開に注力中。Amazonの重要拠点で物流を進化させる新規ビジネスに携わる。そんな挑みがいのあるミッションに、あなたの経験を活かしてみませんか。 Key job responsibilities ■配送管理 入荷した商品の仕分け・出荷作業および配送ルートの計画を立案します。 “どのアイテムを、いつ、何人で仕分けするか”、 “どの地域に、どのような順番で配送するか” などをプランニングしてください。 全体の作業・人員計画はシニアエリアマネージャーが行ないます。連携をしっかり取り、仕分けや配送などが滞りなく進む計画を立ててください。 ■シフト・勤怠・作業管理 仕分けや出荷、配送などを担うスタッフの管理業務です。人員は数十名。物流量に合わせてシフトを組むほか、業務がスムーズに進捗しているかなどを管理します。シフト調整を担当するアシスタントスタッフ（3～4名）と連携し、状況把握や指示出しなどをしてください。業務管理は社内システムで行います。 ■業務改善 安全・品質・生産性向上や業務効率化などを実現するための業務です。業務フローや業務環境、作業内容などにおける問題を見つけ、改善案やその実施計画を立案します。シニアエリアマネージャーとは定期的に業務改善のミーティングをするため、積極的に意見を出してください。 Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
