Key job responsibilities
• Supervise a team of facilities associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance procedures
• Follow and implement maintenance solutions according to established guidelines
• Monitor maintenance budgets and track resource usage
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues
• Follow established safety programs and preventative maintenance schedules
• Provide on-call support for facility emergencies
• Execute maintenance plans that align with team goals
• Maintain strong working relationships with operations teams
• Support team member development through regular feedback and coaching
• Manage daily priorities while meeting established deadlines


A day in the life
Your day will focus on hands-on team leadership and problem-solving. You'll work closely with production teams, address maintenance issues, and implement solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly. From responding to maintenance requests to following preventative maintenance schedules, you'll ensure your team delivers consistent results while maintaining safety standards.
