The Position

负责广东区域NPC 的业务销售管理及广东区域团队管理;

Job Summary职位概述:

Manage sales of assigned territory.

所辖区域的销售管理

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

Implement key actions to realize sales targets

采取重要的措施完成销售任务

Assign sales territory and sales targets for field force

分配销售区域和销售任务

Manage sales force to deliver sales in the assigned territory

管理所辖区域的销售

Ensure field force is sufficiently trained for sales.

确保销售接受充分的培训

Coordinate activities between field force and Support staff

协调销售和应用支持

Sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales force

协同销售为重点客户做销售陈述

Develop and manages key accounts

发展和管理重点客户

Prepare monthly report and sales forecast to Regional Director on a regular basis

定期给区域总监递交月报告和销售预算

Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

通过建立销售区域,配额和目标引导渠道发展和协调销售分销

Assist Regional Director in yearly budget exercise

协助区域总监制定年度预算

Develop career and development plan for subordinates

为下属制定职业发展计划

Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection 

遵循罗氏所有合规要求,包括但不限于罗氏信息安全,罗氏商业中的行为,罗氏竞争法互动对话,罗氏安全健康环境等,合法合理开展业务活动

Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责(详见SHE手册相关定义)

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

A recognized University Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Science or Business Administration

医学检验或自然科学或工商管理本科学历

Good command of English in both spoken and written

英语说写能力俱佳

Good command of MS office software application

熟练应用微软办公软件

Experience工作经验:

At least 8 years sales experience in related industries is required.

必须有8年以上相关行业销售经验

At least 5 years supervisory experience.

至少5年管理经验
