The position responsibilities include benefit administration, compensation, recruitment and retention, colleague relations, coaching and counseling, safety, workers compensation, leaves of absence, and training/development. This position will report to the Area Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run our Human Resources office in the Director's absence. **The salary range for this position is $77,969.00 to $106,000. The anticipated budget for this position falls within $78,000.00 and $90,000.00.
