WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a HR Business Partner, you align and implement people strategies with specific business units. You act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, and you implement people processes, initiatives and solutions by supporting the people agenda for one or more business functions.

 

•Customer Experience & Prioritization: By aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring store colleagues are well-trained, and analyzing HR KPIs to place the right people in the right roles, you bridge HR and business needs to drive sales and profit results.

•Colleague Experience: By leading with integrity, fostering a values-driven culture, ensuring compliance with laws and standards, building trust, resolving issues, and promoting constructive union dialogue, you create a supportive and legally compliant work environment that propels our business forward.

•Talent Acquisition: By proactively analyzing and addressing staffing needs, enhancing recruitment processes, and ensuring quality assessments, you ensure that the Area is equipped with socially confident and customer-focused talent to consistently achieve business results.

•Talent Management: As a true HR business partner, you strategically influence, advise, and coach the Area Manager and team to attract, develop, and retain skilled talent, while overseeing and supporting development plans and succession planning to ensure robust talent and leadership growth.

•Learning & Development: By analyzing training needs, organizing and facilitating sessions with the L&PD function, identifying and supporting a Circle of Trainers, and ensuring structured performance management with the Area Team, you foster a culture of continuous development and excellence in store operations.

 

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

To succeed as an Area HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with the Area team, People specialists, and store teams to build strong, inspiring leadership. 

This role will be reporting to Sales HR Manager

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with..

•Business management or HR related studies or experience.

•Committed to self-improvement through workshops, seminars, and self-learning.

•Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and local HR best practices is a plus. Skills include advising, analytical thinking, business acumen, change management, and communications.

 

And people who are..

•Proficient in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and digital literacy. Demonstrates strong results in “HOW” - a true ambassador of H&M values.

•Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
