Education & experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in sales and/or marketing. Strong background in USA distribution. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Strategic and Operational Plans to achieve volume, revenue, and EBIT targets. Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) and Premium Portfolio strategies to unlock growth opportunities. Oversee distributor performance and ensure excellent outlet execution across markets. Drive marketing and sales programs, ensuring strong brand positioning and portfolio management. Monitor and improve commercial performance through tools like Trade Census and Sources of Growth. Ensure alignment with company policies and contribute to talent development within the commercial team.
