As Area Director, you’ll play a critical leadership role, guiding local offices and teams to deliver exceptional home care services. You’ll focus on operational excellence, relationship development, and strategic growth—while upholding the high standards and values that define BAYADA. **What You’ll Do:** + **Drive Regional Success:** Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to ensure consistent, quality care delivery across multiple service lines. + **Lead and Inspire Teams:** Hire, train, mentor, and support program managers and clinical leads to foster a strong, mission-aligned culture and high-performing teams. + **Strengthen Community Partnerships:** Deepen relationships with hospital systems, physician practices, senior living communities, and other referral sources to expand BAYADA’s footprint. + **Field-Focused Leadership:** Conduct regular site visits, guide local leaders, and provide hands-on coaching and support to drive growth and quality. + **Strategic Planning & Analysis:** Use key performance data (e.g., Tableau, growth reports) to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. + **Champion The BAYADA Way:** Promote and model our core values in every interaction—with clients, staff, and the community. **What We’re Looking For:** + A servant leader who embodies compassion, excellence, and reliability + Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus. Licensed RN, PT, or OT strongly preferred. + Minimum **3+ years of multi-site health care operations experience** , ideally in home health or senior care + Demonstrated success in: + Leading and developing teams + Growing and managing referral relationships + Implementing strategic marketing and operational plans + Driving census growth and quality outcomes + Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills + Comfort working in a fast-paced, field-based, hands-on leadership role + Solid understanding of home health compliance, regulations, reimbursement, and payor mix + Experience analyzing operational metrics and turning insights into action **Why BAYADA?** At BAYADA, we believe people deserve a higher standard of care—and that includes our employees.
