About the Role

We are seeking in the locations Marsta (Sweden), Kirchlengern (Germany) or Bolton (United Kingdom) an Area Controller EMEAI (m/f/d) for our Industrial Wood coatings North industry to provide financial leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities within the EMEAI region. Locations: 

In this key role, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting, maintain robust internal controls, and lead comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Your scope covers all financial aspects of site production activity, including raw materials, conversions, finished goods, variance analysis, capital acquisition requests (ROI), spending tracking, budgeting, and freight analysis.

You will collaborate closely with site operations, regional leadership, and enterprise finance to drive excellence across safety, quality, people, service, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
