Since one of our team members is pursuing career outside J&J, we are now recruiting for an Area Account Manager (AAM) for J&J MedTech Joint Reconstruction in Finland. **Area Account Manager - Joint Reconstruction, Finland** You will have full responsibility of your own territory and dedicated product portfolio. You will be in close contact with your customers; doctors, nurses and other partners daily. The territory you would be focusing on is Tampere region, high focus on Coxa and extended to Sairaala Nova, Jyväskylä. Chosen person will be hired into a permanent and fulltime position as AAM in J&J. Objectives of the Position + Take full responsibility and be accountable for the overall business performance for your product portfolio including draw commercial conclusions and take appropriate action. + Establish and implement sales strategies to achieve the budget in your territory. + Gain and retain excellent relationships with our customers and relevant KOLs. + You will train and educate the users in product related matters, attend surgeries and keep a professional service level to the customers. + Continue to develop the existing business and identify new possibilities within your territory. + Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics, legal requirements and JnJ policies. Qualifications + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (requirement). + Experience of medical device sales or any relevant background in the medical device industry/hospital/medical background (e.g. sales, nurse, physiotherapist or similar) is required. + Preferred to live in Tampere or surrounding area. + Knowledge of the orthopedic and medical device environment is strongly preferred. Experience over 5 years on the field is meriting. + Experience and knowledge in arthroplasty are highly meriting. + Proficient in Finnish and English, verbal and writing (requirement).
