What this job involves: This position develops the strategy to operate the portfolio in alignment with Scope of work and client's expectation while developing and deploying comprehensive programs to oversee and ensure consistent high-level execution of service delivery of integrated facilities management services within Latin America for Client teams. You will ensure that programs and initiatives are executed timely and consistently across the region while ensuring portfolio is operated under clear and standardized policies and operational procedures, working with client to resolve complex key risks, issues and concerns, advising on remediation and mitigatiaon strategies, and acting as central point of contact for client audits, testing and assessments. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by providing appropriate level of staffing in numbers and skill sets in alignment with Client to handle IFM Services, work volume and KPIs, providing adequate supervision of Tier One Vendor management and staff to drive effective and efficient third party partnerships, developing and implementing plans for continuous process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency, innovation and benchmarking, and fully supporting Client's initiatives to drive operational excellence and meet Client's Real Estate and Facilities leadership principles.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Provide appropriate level of staffing in numbers and skill sets in alignment with Client to handle IFM Services, work volume and KPIsProvide adequate supervision of Tier One Vendor management and staff to drive effective and efficient third party partnerships while implementing annual performance based evaluation processDevelop and implement plans for continuous process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency, innovation and benchmarkingDevelop and execute annual Team Strategic Plan in alignment with Regional Strategic Plan including local priorities, projects, execution timeframe and deliverablesAssure operation and maintenance plans implementation to provide operation, repair, and replacement of infrastructure and associated systems at site levelGuarantee services requested by occupants and visitors related to AC, Lighting and electrical are provided complying with response times defined on Response Priority MatrixDevelop program to conduct and/or coordinate periodic inspections to ensure space experience is consistent and common areas are tidy and safeAct as primary point of contact with client and integrated team member working alongside other members of team while staying tune with Client's Rhythm of Business

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related fields6+ years Facilities Management experience including interaction with senior-level management and managing hard services in corporate officesWorking knowledge and/or technical experience in critical systems like Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system among othersIntermediate to advance level of knowledge on Office suites programs specifically Excel with Project management as plusBusiness acumen including Free Trade Zone knowledge, budget planning and execution, negotiation, specialized services management, Environmental, Health and Security basic knowledgeStrong problem solving capabilities with self-starter, self-aware and self-motivated results driven individual with strong capabilities to quickly learn and adaptExcellent English and Spanish communication written and verbal with Portuguese as plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with regional multinational or technology companies with understanding of managing integrated facilities management servicesStrong organizational and daily-planning abilities to work on multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize day-to-day activities effectively and efficientlyStrong ability to work without close supervision and to delegate with effective influencer capabilities who can make persuasive argumentsOutstanding Customer Service attitude with ability to provide practical and continuous innovative service experience to employeesPassion for winning and biased toward actions with strong collaboration attitude to develop networking capacitiesAbility to manage high confidentiality levels during day-to-day activities with high business ethic and integrity when conducting business negotiationsExperience leading adoption of "one team approach" inspiring FM Team to deliver seamless service to client's occupants
