The Nordic Operation Center (NOC) was established to create smarter and more standardized ways of working in our projects, with a special focus on tasks that can be handled centrally and remotely. Demand for support from our local offices is growing rapidly, especially when it comes to orientation drawings and technical design. That’s why we’re now looking for someone like you to take the next step with us! We are open to applicants living anywhere in Finland.

Your everyday work with us
As a CAD Specialist, you will work with technical design related to fire safety, with a particular focus on producing and managing orientation drawings (OR/SR sheets). You will be an important part of an experienced team that supports local project managers by handling the breakdown of drawings based on controls, sections, and zones.

Together with colleagues on-site and with our offshore team via GBS-GECC, you will deliver high-quality CAD services in close collaboration with the business.

Your main responsibilities:

Produce and manage OR/SR sheets within the fire safety area Contribute to the development of how NOC supports local offices with technical design Coordinate and deliver CAD services in collaboration with our offshore team

Who are we looking for?
You have a technical background and are comfortable working in CAD environments. You’re experienced in handling technical drawings, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy collaborating with others.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

Experience in fire safety design, preferably with a focus on orientation drawings Strong skills in CAD tools and experience managing technical documentation Understanding of controls, sections, and zone division in fire/safety projects Independence and initiative in your work Good knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and written

It’s a plus if you also have:

Knowledge of project planning or experience supporting project managers with technical matters Previous experience working in centralized support functions Experience in a coordinating role, ideally in collaboration with offshore teams
