Archival Producer
We are seeking a Producer to join our Global Archives Studio team. This team is responsible for the output of all projects involving our global archives in fashion, design, art, music, and more. In this role, you will lead all day-to-day aspects of our archival projects, provide best-in-class service, and project manage the projects (from product development through marketing execution) within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Studio Alignment: Drive visibility and communication across all workstreams.
• Tool Management: Ongoing upkeep of key tools on behalf of the Global Archives & Brand Defining Creative Studios. Collaborate with functional teams to keep their workstreams current and represented.
• Weekly Project Status Meetings: Facilitate productive and collaborative weekly project status meetings in close partnership with the Senior Brand Creative Lead.
• Brief Intake: Ensure all projects coming into the studio are tight, clear, and serve key stakeholders. Align with the Senior Brand Creative Lead before moving teams forward.
• Budget Ownership: Maintain the studio budget in partnership with leadership and key finance partners.
• Process Creation and Implementation: Lead the clarification, creation, and establishment of operational processes to drive the overall success of the studio. Ensure that established processes are implemented and maintained across various teams and projects.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of specific projects, acting as the captain to drive them forward and ensure successful execution.
