Join us. **職缺說明** 【工作模式】 + 在專案經理或專案建築師／設計師的指導下，參與專案之設計發展、調整與修改，並與團隊進行有效溝通與協作，共同推動專案進展。 + 能夠在設計發展與綠建築策略規劃過程中，同步考量減碳（如營運碳、隱含碳 Embodied Carbon）相關議題，並將其與 LEED、台灣綠建築（EEWH）之設計指標、取分策略及專案條件進行整合，協助團隊在設計品質、環境績效與實務可行性之間取得平衡。 + 負責設計發展原則與綠建築指標之檢核（Review）與後續深化檢討，並針對 MEP 廠商及其他專業顧問所提送之設計內容與技術資料，進行整合性檢視與合理性確認，確保其與整體設計方向、綠建築策略及專案目標一致。 + 能就 MEP 或顧問提案中，辨識對綠建築績效、設計整合、成本或時程可能造成影響之關鍵議題，並提出具體調整建議，協助專案團隊進行跨專業協調與決策。 + 能同時處理多項任務，具備良好彈性與適應能力，能因應快速變化之專案需求與時程安排。 【項目類型】 + 案件內容多元，包括私人及公共案件：總體規劃、建築設計、景觀設計、專案管理、室內設計等。 【工作特質】 + 對永續發展、綠建築與建築環境績效具備系統性理解，包含對減碳趨勢與建築碳排議題之基本認知，能將永續與減碳原則結合 LEED 及台灣綠建築（EEWH）評估架構，轉譯為具體設計發展指標與決策依據，並於專案過程中持續檢核、調整與優化相關策略。 + 具備良好溝通能力，能與跨部門、跨專業團隊合作。 + 具責任感，能在既定時程內完成工作，並對成果品質有自我要求。 【工作內容】 + 參與 LEED（v4／v4.1）及／或台灣 EEWH 綠建築 得分策略之評估與規劃，依專案條件進行取分情境分析，協助團隊擬定具可行性與效益之綠建築策略方向。 + 針對不同綠建築指標與評分項目，進行取分可行性比較與影響評估，包含設計影響、技術複雜度、成本、施工可行性、時程風險及後續維運等因素，提出具體分析與建議。 + 協助辨識高效益與低效益之綠建築取分項目，並於專案不同階段（概念、設計發展、施工圖）中，動態調整取分策略，以回應專案條件與客戶目標。 + 能將綠建築得分策略與評估結果，清楚轉譯並說明予專案團隊、顧問及客戶，協助專案進行設計取捨與決策，避免僅停留於文件填報層級。 + 於綠建築得分策略評估過程中，納入減碳相關考量因素，如設計方案對營運能耗、材料選擇、系統配置及後續營運之碳排放影響，協助專案進行整體性策略比較與取捨。 + 視專案需求，協助整合或配合顧問進行初步減碳方向檢討或指標性分析（如方案比較、設計趨勢判斷），並將結果轉譯為可供設計與決策參考之資訊，而非僅止於數據呈現。 **應徵資格** 【條件要求】 + 具備大學或碩士學歷，建築設計相關學系畢業，具更高學歷者將優先考慮。 + 3 年以上綠建築設計或永續策略規劃相關經驗，具建築、基礎設施或工業專案經驗者尤佳。 + 具備 LEED（v4／v4.1）及／或台灣 EEWH 綠建築系統實務經驗。 + 能夠將永續策略整合進建築和機電設計中 + 熟悉能源、水資源、建築外殼及室內環境品質的概念 + 具備跨領域的協調和溝通能力 + 須具備良好中文能力，英語能力佳者優先考慮。 【優先資格】 + 具備 LEED AP 認證，並熟悉 LEED（v4／v4.1）評估架構與實務應用。 + 具備 台灣 EEWH 綠建築送審與審查應對經驗，能理解在地制度與實務操作差異。 + 具備專案前期 永續、綠建築及／或減碳策略規劃經驗，能將相關原則轉化為設計發展指標與決策依據。 【具備技能】 + 熟悉設計發展與介面整合。 + 熟悉3D軟體BIM REVIT、Rhino、Sketchup、Lumion等，(具備Grasshopper-Script Skill，有REVIT細部設計或執照圖相關經驗尤佳)。 + 具法令、法規分析能力，設計發展中能進行法規檢討，具執照圖與施工圖繪製經驗佳。 + 熟悉Office軟體、Adobe系列軟體(如:Adobe illustrator、photoshop)。 【申請者請必須投遞履歷及個人作品集 (可請提供雲端連結或上載10mb 以下文件)。】 **其他資訊** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
