Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architectural Technician to join our design team. This role focuses on producing high-quality architectural renderings and visualizations using tools such as Enscape, SketchUp, and Lumion. The ideal candidate will support architects and designers by transforming conceptual designs into compelling visual presentations that communicate design intent to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects and designers to understand project goals and visualization needs.Create 2D and 3D architectural models and renderings for both interior and exterior environments.Use Enscape, SketchUp, and Lumion to produce photorealistic images, animations, and virtual walkthroughs.Apply textures, lighting, and environmental effects to enhance realism and design clarity.Revise renderings based on feedback from design teams and clients.Maintain a library of rendering assets including materials, lighting presets, and model components.Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings and design reviews.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in rendering software and techniques.Required QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in architectural visualization or a similar role.Proficiency in Enscape, SketchUp, and Lumion.Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, or Rhino is a plus.Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.Excellent visual storytelling and graphic communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Preferred AttributesExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative design platforms.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
