Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with approximately 5 years of professional experience, including at least one year in project management. Design experience is preferred. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and a key member of the design team, providing facilitation, guidance, input, and coordination with consultants across the entire project team. Our firm specializes in major maintenance and upgrade projects for PreK-12 educational facilities, with some transportation projects and occasional work in the military and corporate sectors.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and facilitate design teams to ensure project success.Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Coordinate multiple consultants to maintain project timelines.Manage budgets and invoices, ensuring financial oversight.Guide the project team through the entire design process and support construction administration.Participate in staffing and coordinate resources across the firm.Engage in project pursuits and contribute to strategic planning.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and Autocad.Strong project management skills.Experience in architectural design and construction document preparation.Ability to manage and oversee $5-$6 million projects in educational facilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsArchitecture degree.Registered architect status.Experience with Sketchup and schematic design.Knowledge of construction administration processes.Work Environment
Our office offers a quiet and flexible work environment, with an initial 6-week onboarding period of 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days per week. After this period, employees can work 2-3 days a week in our West Linn office. We value teamwork and have a long-standing team with an average tenure of over 13 years. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
