Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 4-5 professionals on multiple projects, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of projects in all phases of work.Organize a work plan for each project assignment.Maintain project schedules and manage internal hourly budgets.Organize, coordinate, and manage technical and administrative staff assigned to projects.Ensure technical accuracy of documents, specifications, and reports.Manage and coordinate contracted engineers and consultants.Report status of all aspects of the project to Principal-in-charge.Keep clients informed of project status.Solve budgetary, constructability, and technical problems on projects.Execute drafting tasks on an as-needed basis.Essential SkillsProject managementProficiency in Revit and AutoCADArchitectural design10+ years of architectural experience4+ years of project management experienceExperience with public works and/or commercial projectsComfortable leading a teamExperience taking projects from start to finishExperience with clientsArchitectural license is a bonus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $51.00/hr.
