Job Title: Architectural Job Captain
Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Job Captain with a strong proficiency in Revit and at least four years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with client presentations and meetings, and a background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred. However, we welcome those with a keen interest in these areas. This role involves engaging with schematic design to construction documentation and administration, and requires interaction with clients.

ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.Prepare and present client presentations and attend meetings.Utilize Revit extensively in design and documentation processes.Engage in drafting and construction document preparation.Collaborate with senior staff and principals to ensure project success.Participate in client interactions to understand their needs and expectations.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and experience in using AutoCAD.Minimum of 4 years of relevant architectural experience.Experience in healthcare or life sciences architecture is preferred.Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.Interest in pursuing architectural licensure is a plus.Experience with Adobe Suite is advantageous.Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, providing opportunities to work directly with principals and senior staff in a small office setting. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, with satellite offices in Boston and Connecticut, the Providence office offers stunning views of the skyline. The Boston office is conveniently situated adjacent to South Station on the 29th floor, offering panoramic city views. Initially, this position requires full-time in-office work until training is complete, after which a more flexible schedule may be available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
