Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Architectural Designer with strong commercial design capabilities to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will utilize Revit to create both 2D and 3D designs, coordinating closely with project teams and engineering personnel. This role involves drawing finished designs from sketches, reviewing completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations, and performing analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies.
Responsibilities
Utilize Revit to create designs in 2D and 3D.Coordinate with project teams and engineering personnel.Draw finished designs from sketches.Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.Perform analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies.Prepare project specifications by compiling and analyzing relevant data.Write reports as needed.Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in Revit design.Strong capabilities in commercial architecture and design.Proficiency in construction documentation.Expertise in Revit architecture and architectural design.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with large-scale projects.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Work Environment
This position offers flexibility with the option for remote or hybrid work for the right candidate. Office locations include Cleveland, OH, and other offices across the Midwest, with the possibility for remote work consideration. The work schedule is typically 40-45 hours per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
