Job Title: Architectural DesignerJob Description

We are seeking a mid-level Architectural Designer with strong commercial design capabilities to join our dynamic team. This position involves utilizing Revit to create designs in both 2D and 3D formats, working collaboratively with project teams and engineering personnel. Our projects span various sectors including government/municipal, hospitality, senior living, multi-family, and commercial spaces.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize Revit to create 2D and 3D designs.Coordinate with project teams and engineering personnel.Draw finished designs from initial sketches.Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.Perform analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies.Prepare limited design layouts.Compile and analyze relevant data to prepare project specifications.Write comprehensive reports.
Essential Skills5+ years of experience in Revit design.Strong background in commercial architecture and design.Proficiency in creating construction documents using Revit.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in architectural design and construction documentation.
Work Environment

This role offers flexibility with remote and hybrid work options for the right candidate. Our offices are located in Cleveland, OH, and other areas in the Midwest. You will work 40-45 hours per week. Dress code and specific facility conditions are not specified.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
