Job Title: Intermediate Level Architectural ProfessionalJob Description We are seeking an intermediate-level architectural professional to support the production of numerous educational and NYC agency projects. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, able to produce drawings across all phases under the direction of lead architects, and comfortable coordinating with outside clients and consultants. Responsibilities + Produce detailed architectural drawings across all project phases. + Coordinate effectively with external clients and consultants. + Support the lead architects in the execution of projects. + Manage construction document production and coordination. Essential Skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. + Bachelor's degree in Architecture. + 4-5 years of professional experience in the architectural field. + Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously. + Clear communication skills. Work Environment The work environment is a small office of about 12 people located in Midtown Manhattan. There will be a mix of in-office days and on-site days, with the expectation to be present at one or the other five days a week. This is an opportunity to join a small firm closely involved with many important public projects in NYC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
