Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architectural Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of architectural projects to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and design specifications. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality assurance across all construction phases and ensuring that projects meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural structures, components, and systems at various construction phasesAnalyze building designs and construction work against applicable building codes, Saudi Building Code standards, and architectural specificationsDocument inspection findings, deficiencies, and non-conformances in detailed reports with photographic evidenceVerify compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocolsCommunicate inspection results and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and stakeholdersIdentify potential structural, safety, or design issues and recommend corrective actionsMaintain organized records of all inspection activities, reports, and follow-up actionsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve compliance issuesPerform site visits and walkthroughs to assess project progress and quality standardsPrepare comprehensive inspection reports that clearly outline findings, observations, and required remedial measures

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProfessional certification as a Certified Building Inspector (CBI) or equivalent credentialMinimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural inspection, quality assurance, or construction oversightComprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and Saudi Building Code regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skill set with the ability to identify code violations and design discrepanciesProficiency in inspection documentation, report writing, and technical communicationFamiliarity with construction materials, building systems, and architectural specificationsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inspection projects simultaneouslyProficiency in inspection software and digital documentation toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of local Saudi Arabian building regulations and construction practicesValid driver's license and willingness to conduct frequent site visits
