**Job Summary** 1. 9-12 years of hands-on experience with DCTM Product suite and debugging the issues 2. Profound knowledge on Documentum DFC, Object Model, Job Methods, TBO, SBO, etc. 3. Profound knowledge on DCTM process/workflow lifecycles audit trails 4. Hands on experience in tools like D2, D2, LS, xplore, Documentum Administrator. 5. Hands on experience with Linux/Unix platforms 6. Technically able to mentor the team 7. Troubleshooting Documentum issues Query optimization Performance tuning **Responsibilities** 8. Manage team technically and mentor for any issues team is facing 9. Participate in WSR MSR QBR reports as per the business needs 10. Working experience with Life science domain and Support project ITIL knowledge 11. Interact with customer as a primary POC **Job Location** Primary: Atlanta, GA - USA **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
