**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Spring Boot Microservices and Java along with domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This is a hybrid work model position with day shifts and no travel required. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our business goals and improve our services. **Responsibilities** + Design and develop scalable and robust architecture solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and Java. + Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. + Ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. + Implement best practices for coding testing and deployment. + Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. + Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs and processes. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. **Qualifications** + Possess a deep understanding of Spring Boot Microservices and Java. + Have extensive experience in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. + Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable solutions. + Have a track record of successfully leading technical projects. + Be adept at mentoring and guiding development teams. + Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
