Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, primarily focused on developer-driven projects within the Industrial, Office, or Retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Project Manager, capable of leading a team while actively participating in project execution. A hands-on approach with Revit/CAD is essential, as the role involves both managing schedules, clients, and contracts, and contributing directly to project work.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Job Captains and Coordinators.Participate actively in the execution of project work using Revit/CAD.Coordinate projects and manage administration tasks.Control documents and provide customer service.Schedule meetings and offer administrative support.Conduct project administration and manage RFIs.Essential SkillsProven experience as a Project Manager in developer-driven projects.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Strong architectural design and construction document skills.Excellent teamworking and communication abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Multitasking capabilities.Experience in project coordination and administration.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
