Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain macOS architecture to support business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systemsImplement changes for macOS device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practicesExpert in managing and querying MySQL Jamf databases to support macOS data needs and servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutionsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to Level 1 & 2 support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to macOS, JAMF, and MySQLStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our macOS infrastructure remains innovative and competitiveProvide Tier 3 level MacOS SupportUsing MacOS/Unix scripting and coding to devel custom solutions or automation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of experience in macOS architecture and administrationExperience creating MacOS Imaging & Upgrade Workflows with Jamf ProExperience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or AppleScriptExtensive experience with JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager, including deployment, configuration, and managementSolid proficiency in MySQL, including database design, optimization, and maintenanceProven excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProven solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality results on time

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing an environment with more than 15k endpointsExperience with Entra joined devices in an enterprise environmentMacOS Security Technologies / MacOS HardeningFamiliarity with other database systems and cloud platforms
