Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect Inspector specializing in stadium projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of stadium construction projects throughout the region.

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for stadium projects to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulationsPerform on-site inspections of stadium construction projects at various stages of developmentIdentify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes specific to large-scale public venuesPrepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractorsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and construction issues related to stadium projectsEvaluate and promote sustainable building practices and innovative solutions in stadium architectureAssess crowd flow management and emergency evacuation plans for stadium designsStay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices for stadium constructionProvide expert advice and recommendations to improve stadium architectural designs and construction processesMaintain accurate records of inspections and project documentationTravel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspections as needed

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection, with a focus on stadium or large-scale public venue projectsProfessional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification)In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable to stadiums in Saudi ArabiaProficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and RevitStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesDemonstrated experience in stadium design and construction principlesUnderstanding of large-scale public venue safety regulations and crowd flow managementFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture concepts for stadiumsAbility to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications for large-scale projectsExperience with emergency evacuation planning for public venuesWillingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspectionsProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusFlexible and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic construction environmentGoal-oriented mindset with a commitment to efficiency and organizationCautious and detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance and safety in all aspects of stadium inspection
