Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect Inspector specializing in stadium projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of stadium construction and renovation projects throughout the region.

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for stadium projects to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulationsPerform on-site inspections of stadium construction projects at various stages of developmentIdentify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes, with a focus on stadium-specific requirementsPrepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholdersCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues specific to stadium projectsStay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those related to large-scale sports facilitiesEvaluate and promote sustainable building practices and green architecture initiatives in stadium design and constructionMaintain accurate records of inspections and project documentationProvide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes for stadium projectsAssess and ensure compliance with stadium-specific safety regulations and crowd management considerationsInspect specialized stadium systems, such as retractable roofs and advanced lighting systems

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection, with a focus on large-scale sports facilities or stadiumsProfessional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification)Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and RevitIn-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia and specific to stadium constructionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture conceptsAbility to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications for stadium projectsKnowledge of stadium-specific safety regulations and crowd management considerationsExperience in inspecting specialized stadium systems (e.g., retractable roofs, advanced lighting systems)Willingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspectionsProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCautious approach to decision-making, ensuring all safety and regulatory requirements are met
