**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect Inspector specializing in stadium projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of stadium construction and renovation projects throughout the region.
+ Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for stadium projects to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
+ Perform on-site inspections of stadium construction projects at various stages of development
+ Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes, with a focus on stadium-specific requirements
+ Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders
+ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues specific to stadium projects
+ Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those related to large-scale sports facilities
+ Evaluate and promote sustainable building practices and green architecture initiatives in stadium design and construction
+ Maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation
+ Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes for stadium projects
+ Assess and ensure compliance with stadium-specific safety regulations and crowd management considerations
+ Inspect specialized stadium systems, such as retractable roofs and advanced lighting systems
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
+ Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection, with a focus on large-scale sports facilities or stadiums
+ Professional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification)
+ Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit
+ In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia and specific to stadium construction
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
+ Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture concepts
+ Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications for stadium projects
+ Knowledge of stadium-specific safety regulations and crowd management considerations
+ Experience in inspecting specialized stadium systems (e.g., retractable roofs, advanced lighting systems)
+ Willingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspections
+ Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Cautious approach to decision-making, ensuring all safety and regulatory requirements are met
