Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architect Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural projects throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulationsPerform on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of developmentIdentify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codesPrepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholdersCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issuesStay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practicesEvaluate and promote sustainable building practices and green architecture initiativesMaintain accurate records of inspections and project documentationProvide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection or related fieldProfessional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification)Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and RevitIn-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi ArabiaStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture conceptsAbility to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specificationsWillingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspectionsProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
