Your mission will be…  

We are looking for an an IT Service Architect for the Managed Mobile Service. As an IT Architect for Central Managed Mobile Services based on Intune and Company Portal, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture of centralized device management that leverage Microsoft Intune MDM. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners, to ensure the device services are scalable, secure, and efficient.Design, and consult integration of services for mobile device managementConsult in the use of Digital Experience Management technolgoies such as NextThinkActs as “Product Owner Proxy" if requiredConsult and create the Product Vision, strategy together with the Service teamImprove service design in line with strategic pillars keeping end customer satisfaction as priority objectiveManage requirements and expectations of all stakeholders incorporating an Entrepreneur mindsetSupport the wider Service Architecture and Service Management Teams in customer engagements to ensure relevant services can be deliveredEnsure operational excellence by balancing customer satisfaction, service availability and employee engagementDrive automation excellence and actively design, promote and support implementation of automation technologies to improve the serivce.Focus on delivering ongoing business value to the customers of the service
We are looking for...
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields> 5 years of IT Infrastructure market experience with focus in the areas of Intune, IOS and AndroidStrong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.Familarity with device compliance, conditional access policies and endpoint security configurationsProficiency in Microsoft Intune and Company Portal.Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure).Additional knowledge of MS PowerApps / - Automate, Microsoft 365, Entra IDWorking knowledge and experience in IT Portfolio / IT Provider ManagementStrong presentation and communication skillsExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive and manage services in a complex environmentExcellent written and verbal communications skills, having a high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing), excellent ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of StakeholdersExperience in working with global virtual teamsITIL / TOGAF / Agile certifications are a plus
