**Job Description**
AECOM is currently recruiting for an Architect to join and support our **experienced Airports team** in our Lima, Peru office.
The ideal candidate will be seeking a challenging and diverse role. **They** will be a key member of the team, assisting the company in increasing its market share in the **Airports business** .
As an Architect of Record, you will **support the development of** the architectural design, **adhering to** the regulations, requirements, and needs of the project, to generate competitive preliminary plans.
**Your main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:**
+ Responsible for coordination of all design and architectural calculus execution.
+ Role includes local coordination of analysis, review of external architectural designs, as well as analysis, management and preliminary risk assessment. Damage assessment.
+ Responsibility includes daily and weekly communication with the architectural design team.
+ Responsible for coordination with local government agencies regarding architectural requirements and approvals.
+ Analysis of project feasibility studies and Design parameter determination.
+ Execution and recommendation of the design and architectural calculation to the client. Analysis, review and/or elaboration of technical specifications related to your area in complex and specialized designs.
+ Evaluates, defines, supervises, recommends and executes the design of architectural, attached to the regulations, requirements and needs of the project to be developed, to generate competitive final executive planes within the requests of time, quality and cost established by the client in the project and the needs of the market and the organization.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Architect + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in architectural analysis and design.
+ Knowledge and interpretation of design standards and specifications, ISO and safety standards.
+ Knowledge of constructive procedures and interpretation of laboratory reports. Project evaluation.
+ Office and Design Package management.
**Additional Information**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Architect 8+ years of experience in architectural analysis and design.
+ Bilingual English/Spanish.
