About This Role
We are seeking an Architect to join our Project & Development Services (P&DS) department, within our Building Consultancy business line. This role provides essential technical support for construction projects, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction through comprehensive project monitoring and consultancy services.
What This Job Involves:
• Provide consultancy support for construction projects, monitoring and developing proposals from technical, planning, economic, quality and safety perspectives
• Conduct technical due diligence assessments for various real estate projects
• Prepare detailed technical reports and project documentation
• Organize and facilitate regular site monitoring meetings with stakeholders
• Manage and moderate project meetings, ensuring effective communication between all parties
• Prepare meeting minutes and comprehensive site monitoring reports
• Deliver technical support for cost management activities, including maintenance of cost databases

Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar consultancy position or Architect with focus on urban planning & licensing procedures.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and MS Project
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and propose solutions
