**Job summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 10 years of expertise in PEGA BPM Process Modeling. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust business process management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of PEGA systems to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Design and develop PEGA BPM solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for PEGA implementations. + Provide technical expertise in PEGA BPM Process Modeling to ensure optimal system performance. + Oversee the integration of PEGA solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations. + Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements. + Lead the development of process models and workflows to align with business objectives. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PEGA BPM implementations. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEGA systems to minimize downtime. + Mentor junior team members in PEGA BPM best practices and methodologies. + Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization. + Develop and maintain documentation for PEGA processes and configurations. + Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of PEGA BPM processes and tools. Qualifications + Possess a strong understanding of PEGA BPM Process Modeling and its applications. + Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing PEGA solutions. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Have experience in integrating PEGA systems with other enterprise applications. + Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. + Display strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively. **Certifications Required** Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or equivalent certification.
