Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect – Fresh Graduate to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in the review and coordination of architectural designs submitted by consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives and ministry standards.

Supporting the EPMO team in monitoring design progress, identifying risks or delays, and ensuring timely delivery of architectural milestones.

Participating in multi-disciplinary technical workshops and meetings to facilitate design integration and resolve design issues.

Preparing and organizing architectural documentation, review comments, and compliance reports in accordance with the EPMO’s quality control process.

Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to track design changes and their impact on schedule, cost, and scope.

Engaging in knowledge transfer sessions and contributing to documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement across projects.

Supporting in-site visits and field verifications to ensure adherence of design to actual site conditions, when required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Strong foundational knowledge of architectural design principles and technical detailing.

Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Basic understanding of project phases, construction documents, and regulatory codes.

Effective communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Eagerness to learn within a structured project management and governance environment.

Ability to interpret design standards, guidelines, and contractual documents.

Saudi National, as per policy requirement.
