Job Description: Senior Architect: Marketing Technology

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing enterprise-grade MarTech solutions, demonstrating an ability to collaborate effectively to achieve remarkable outcomes. A progressive understanding of digital marketing technologies and business processes, complemented by hands-on experience with multiple marketing solutions, is essential.
Your resume must show a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and business processes, as well as hands-on experience in multiple marketing solutions. Experience must include at least two of the following: Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You must be a strong communicator and passionate about working for a mission-driven organization, align to Edwards’ values, and be naturally curious about technology.

Basic qualifications
Bachelor's in STEM or Business 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations (8+ years with a Master’s degree in STEM or Business) 6+ years hands-on experience with marketing technologies and platforms, including Marketo, Showpad, CornerstoneSalesforce and Marketing Automation At least two years’ hands-on experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Learning Management (LXP/LMS), Sales Enablement, Digital Asset Management or equivalentsExperience working on IT-side and Business-side of Martech solutionsExperience in developing custom integrations and solutions for marketing automation platforms Ability to translate technical requirements into business language Experience in data visualization and dashboard development for marketing analytics, e.g. Tableau Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications
