Job DescriptionGenerate customer invoices based on sales orders, reconcile payments, and process refunds/credit notesProactively follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with sales on collection activitiesPrepare regular accounts receivable aging reports and analysesPerform revenue recognition in compliance with company policy and applicable accounting standardsAssist in revenue-related month-end and year-end closing processesHandle full-cycle tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, CIT), with a focus on input VAT verification and credit managementCompile and submit statistical reports to relevant government bureaus (e.g., National Bureau of Statistics)Monitor changes in tax regulations, liaise with tax authorities as needed, and provide necessary documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits.

QualificationsCollege diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable and Tax, experience with basic tax filing is a strong plusProficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).  Familiarity with Kingdee software is a strong advantageSolid understanding of Chinese accounting standards and basic tax regulationsHigh level of accuracy, integrity, and ability to handle confidential informationStrong communication skills in both Chinese and EnglishExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
