AR Support Administrator
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an AR Support Administrator in San Antonio, Texas (TX). Our client is looking for individuals that are passionate about providing great support and customer service to internal and external customers. This contract engagement provides for remote work, great benefits while on assignment, and initial training will be in office. Responsibilities include: * The AR Support Administrator will manage the AR inbox; This entails receiving the emails, determining the request, and forwarding specific requests to the appropriate party * Handle simple requests like re-sending invoices or sending out a W-9 * If there is a specific request that is more involved like setting up a payment plan, the AR Support Administrator will forward the request to the appropriate AR team member handling the account * Monitoring this inbox and direct the question to the appropriate group/person so that the AR Rep can get the question answered * Responsible for monitoring the matched/unmatched queue in Get Paid and follow up as necessary * The AR Support Administrator will also be responsible for monitoring the help queue for the Payment Portal and assisting clients with Access issues
