Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing daily work order reports, billing customers accurately, and ensuring proper revenue and expense recognition. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
Review daily work order reports to ensure accurate billing for revenue and expense recognition.Verify that customer purchase orders and field purchase orders match billing amounts.Create manual invoices for builders and scan/attach PDF copies to records.Perform account reconciliations and enter job information into the designated software.Coordinate with internal departments, such as Sales and Management, to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable processes.Experience with B2B transactions and using Excel for tasks such as Pivot Tables and VLookups.Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, excluding collections-related activities.1+ year of experience using Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and VLookups.Experience creating manual invoicesWork Environment
The position is located in a dedicated department section at a facility in Tempe. You will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and efficiency.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
