Job Title: Finance and Contract Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in contract tracking, billing, and AR/AP to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial processes and compliance across multiple active projects.

ResponsibilitiesManage contract tracking and billing processes for multiple projects.Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports in compliance with regulations.Track and maintain preliminary notices, insurance certificates, and lien releases.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate records across multiple contractor portals and job tracking systems.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in contract tracking and billing.Experience in the construction industry is required.Strong understanding of compliance requirements for lien releases, insurance certificates, and payroll.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsMilitary contract experience is a plus.Proficiency in FileMaker, Excel, Textura, QuickBooks, Procore, Box, Bluebeam, Vendor Café, and other job tracking/management systems.Familiarity with contract billing, compliance tracking, and financial reporting tools.Work Environment

The role involves working with various technologies and equipment, including FileMaker, Excel, Textura, QuickBooks, Procore, Box, Bluebeam, and Vendor Café. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of El Cajon, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
