Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AR Credit Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, review financial statements, and evaluate a customer's creditworthiness. You will also calculate financial ratios using computer programs and make recommendations regarding loan approvals, interest rate changes, and more. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing comprehensive reports that summarize a customer's financial health and assess the risk of lending money.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data by reviewing financial statements, income, and cash flow to determine creditworthiness.Calculate financial ratios such as debt-to-income using computer programs to evaluate financial health.Make recommendations on loan approvals, denials, or interest rate changes based on analysis.Prepare reports that summarize financial health and lending risk.Monitor compliance with bank policies and guidelines in lending practices.Assist with company and client audits.Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial transactions.Essential SkillsCredit analysis expertise.Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.Experience in managing new accounts.3+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst.2+ years of experience in construction-related credit.Ability to handle high volume/high stress portfolios (1000 apps/month).1+ years of proficiency in Excel.Experience in navigating multiple ERP systems in one role.Work Environment
The position is fully onsite initially, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after permanent placement. Training hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, transitioning to a flexible schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work environment is dynamic and engaging, offering an open-ended contract with ample opportunities for growth.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
